Our eGift cards are for online use only. They can be redeemed exclusively on our official website for any of our bath bombs, soaps, and other delightful products. They are not valid for use at our physical shop in Maryport.
You can check your remaining eGift card balance at any time by contacting us directly. Please have your eGift card number ready when you call or email us at 07777 502036 or info@soakandfizz.co.uk .
Our eGift cards are good for 6 months from the purchase date! Be sure to use them within this time to enjoy all our lovely products. After 6 months, any remaining balance will expire.
No, eGift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or credit under any circumstances.
Yes, absolutely! You do not need to use the full value of your eGift card in a single transaction. Any remaining balance will be saved for future purchases, as long as they are made within the 6-month validity period.
If your eGift card balance doesn't cover the full cost of your order, you can pay the remaining amount using another valid payment method, such as a credit or debit card.
If you return an item in line with our returns policy in our Sales of Goods Conditions and the purchase was made with an eGift card you will be provided with a coupon to the value of the goods returned.
Treat your eGift card like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged eGift cards. We cannot replace the balance on a lost or stolen card without the original purchase details.
The eGift cards are non-transferable and may not be sold or exchanged. They are intended for the person they were gifted to.
